Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Kola.money, including beta access, deposits, stablecoin balances, withdrawals, fees, and transaction reviews.

Last updated April 9, 2026

Using Kola.money

Kola.money is a payments product that helps users move between naira and supported stablecoins, fund balances, hold value, and withdraw to supported bank accounts.

By using Kola.money, you agree to provide accurate information, follow product and security instructions, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Beta access, eligibility, and account responsibilities

Kola.money may operate as a controlled beta, invite-only product, or limited-access service at different times. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion for security, compliance, fraud, operational, or legal reasons.

You may only use Kola.money if you are legally allowed to do so in your location and if your use does not violate applicable sanctions, laws, or regulatory restrictions. You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, WhatsApp account, email account, and any verification methods or PINs linked to your Kola account.

Deposits, withdrawals, and transaction instructions

You must follow the deposit and withdrawal instructions shown to you at the time of a transaction. Sending the wrong asset, network, amount, bank details, or transfer reference may delay processing, require manual review, or prevent completion.

Quotes, exchange rates, and settlement times may change before confirmation. A displayed quote is not final until the relevant transaction has been submitted, accepted, and processed through Kola.money and its partners.

Fees and pricing

Kola.money may charge product fees on certain transaction types, including withdrawals. Provider or partner fees may also apply separately. Where possible, we will show the fee breakdown before you confirm a transaction.

For withdrawals, the total amount debited from your stablecoin balance may include both the provider fee and the Kola fee. Deposit fees may differ from withdrawal fees, and some deposit methods may remain free while third-party bank or provider charges still apply.

Limits, holds, and review

We may impose transaction minimums, limits, review requirements, or temporary holds based on risk, compliance, operational needs, or partner requirements.

We may delay, reject, reverse, or place a transaction under review where we detect unusual activity, mismatched transaction details, partner issues, security risks, or other compliance concerns. Funds under review may not be immediately available for withdrawal or reuse.

Service availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kola.money at any time, including for maintenance, product changes, partner changes, security work, operational needs, or legal requirements.

These terms should still be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public launch so they match the final corporate, compliance, and partner setup behind Kola.money.
